- Check in will BEGIN at 7:30am and will END at 8:00am.
- Departure is at 8:15 am SHARP.
- ARRIVING AFTER 8:15 AM WILL RESULT IN FORFEIT WITH NO REFUND.
Check-in location is at the Harbour Central Marina in Nassau, 671 E Bay St. (the corner of E. Bay St. and Armstrong St (behind the Rubis gas station).
We intend to have all passengers checked in (waivers completed, snorkel gear checked out, questions/concerns addressed, etc.) and boarded for the 8:15 am departure.
We have a very full day planned for you which requires that we strictly adhere to our departure time.
We have snorkel gear (mask, snorkel, fins) to check out at no cost if you choose….you will be responsible for returning the gear in good/working condition; lost or damaged gear will be charged to the responsible party. If you have your own snorkel gear, feel free to bring it!
Lunch at Staniel Cay Yacht Club is included.
A liability waiver must be read and signed for all participants prior to boarding and departure.
Please contact us with any questions or concerns that you may have so that we may address them as soon as possible. If a participant should refuse to complete the waiver, he or she will not be allowed to attend the tour.
The Liability Waiver & Comprehension of Risk Agreement is available for review and completion prior to booking. We encourage you to review this document closely prior to booking as completion of this document is required to participate in the SeaScapes Bahamas excursion.
What to bring
You’ll be in and out of the water all day, in the sun, and on a boat with occasional water sprays. Here are some recommendations:
- Hair ties
- Lip protection
- Water socks
- Waterproof tote
- Waterproof sunscreen
- Waterproof phone bag
- Waterproof camera/go-pro
- Swimsuit cover up/T-shirt
- Pain reliever
- Cash for souvenirs at Staniel Cay and of course for tipping your crew if you feel they took great care of you!
The excursions sold by SeaScapes are subject to availability, and payment is due at the time of booking. Your tour is considered secured when you receive a confirmation email from us.
While we will try to avoid cancellation on our part if possible, we do reserve the right to cancel a tour due to inadequate booking, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances; in such an instance, a representative will reach out to you as soon as possible at the contact information provided at booking. **Cancellation of the tour on our behalf will result in either rescheduling or a full refund to the purchaser. (Please provide us with your best contact information)
***Fees for cancellation on the behalf of the purchaser are as follows:
- 100% refund issued for cancellations with a minimum of 72-hour notice
- 50% refund for cancellations with a minimum of 48-hour notice
- No refund is offered for cancellations less than 48-hour notice, no shows, or for any persons who refuse to complete the liability waiver before boarding
*All cancellations must be submitted through the website or by phone; we will respond within 24 hours, and we will then immediately process the appropriate refund, if applicable, based on the time stamp on the request, although please keep in mind that the processing time for refunds of various credit & debit cards can vary.
SeaScapes crew will adhere to our time schedule as closely as possible because we realize that it is a priority for many of our guests who may have limited flexibility. However, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that might result in a late return, SeaScapes Bahamas does not accept any responsibility or liability for expenses incurred by any individuals who must miss or postpone scheduled departures.
Minimum Passenger Policy
**Seascapes Bahamas reserves the right to cancel a tour due to inadequate booking; in this event, we will notify you within 24 hours of the excursion date to arrange a full refund.
